Naturopathy, Remedial Massage and Pregnancy Massage

Lissette has over 10 years clinical experience in Remedial Massage and over 8 years in Naturopathy. Her clinical experience has exposed her to a variety of health conditions making her an experiencd and well respected practitioner amongst her peers. Her areas of interest are Corrective Body work, in particular the neck, shoulders and lower back issues. Some of the most common complaints she addresses and helps her clients with are; Headaches, Stress related muscle tension, Neck and shoulder pain and lower back pain. Pregnancy massage is an area of particular interest to Lissette, she enjoys contributing to the wellbeing and maintanence of a healthy mother.
To complement her Massage she also works as a Naturopath, her experience has given her a broad knowledge regarding peoples health and wellbeing. Her work experience in  Health research and writing have allowed her to write on various contemporary health issues such as Prostate health, Hormonal, Lung and Cardiac health. Some of her most recent work involves, Naturopathic oncology, and the importance of orthodox and complementary therapy, working in unison to help improve the lives of people.

Lissette works at the clinic on Mon 12-7, Wed 12-7  and Sat 9-4
