Sonia Washburn is an Australian trained Medical Herbalist graduating from Sydney Nature Care College of Natural Therapies in 2006. She has specialised in digestive health, womens health, and endocrine disorders as well as general clinical presentations. Prior to her career as a herbalist, Sonia trained as an aromatherapist and remedial massage therapist, graduating in 1999 from Nature Care College. Her experience with long term muscular-skeletal problems arising from overwork and injury, has resulted in a corrective approach to bodywork treatments.
In 2003, she established Aromatica Clinic in Leichhardt, Sydney, where she works full time. She is a professional member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society .
Sonia is a strong advocate for pre-conception fertility planning for men and women with a focus on detoxification and support for older couples. Sonia provides comprehensive herbal and nutritional health care for all conditions with a focus on re-establishing your own vital-force and healing ability. This is the paradigm holistic treatment embraces.
Her undergraduate work on IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) neurotransmitter research, has been published in the Australian Journal Of Medical Herbalism (2007). Her interest in digestive and bowel health, and the impact of stress upon the digestive system, has led her to consider the health of the digestive tract paramount in the prevention and treatment of disease.
Sonia has established her own brand of therapeutic aromatherapy treatment oils, herbal teas, medicinal syrups and herbal ointments under the trademark AromaticaBotanica.

Lissette addresses stress related muscle tension, such as headache, neck and shoulder pain using remedial and relaxation massage techniques. Her treatment style is excellent for all physiological pains and tension. Pregnancy massage, child and infant massage are areas of particular specialty.
Children and infants can be successfully treated with a combination of massage and Bach or Bush flower remedies appropriate to their condition.

Rebecca completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at the College of Nepean Natural Therapeutics in 1999. She specialises in the treatment of chronic and acute muscular pain using fascial release techniques and Muscular Corrective Therapy. She offers programs of 6 to 10 weeks, which correct postural tension and poor range of movement. Postural assessment is incorporated in her remedial treatments.

A graduate of Australian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney, Gwen specialises in remedial and deep tissue techniques. She uses massage to treat specific musculo-skeletal pain patterns as part of a health maintenance program. Gwen incorporates the use of Aromatherapy in her treatments to address the emotional and stress component of patients symptoms.
