Lissette addresses stress related muscle tension, such as headache, neck and shoulder pain using Remedial and Relaxation massage techniques. Her treatment style is excellent for all physiological pains and tension. Pregnancy massage is an area of particular specialty and interest.
To complement her Massage she also works as a Naturopath, her experience has given her a broad knowledge regarding peoples health and wellbeing. Her work experience as a Health Researcher and writer has allowed her to write on various contemporary health issues such as Prostate and Cardiac Health.
Lissette works at the clinic full time and has been a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society since 2000.

Sonia Washburn is an Australian trained Medical Herbalist graduating from Sydney Nature Care College of Natural Therapies in 2006. She has specialised in digestive health, womens health, and endocrine disorders as well as general clinical presentations. Prior to her career as a herbalist, Sonia trained as an aromatherapist and remedial massage therapist, graduating in 1999 from Nature Care College. Her experience with long term muscular-skeletal problems arising from overwork and injury, has resulted in a corrective approach to bodywork treatments.
Sonia is a professional member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and is available for consultations at Aromatica Clinic.
Her undergraduate work on IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) neurotransmitter research, has been published in the Australian Journal Of Medical Herbalism (2007). Her interest in digestive and bowel health, and the impact of stress upon the digestive system, has led her to consider the health of the digestive tract paramount in the prevention and treatment of disease.
